Founded by Andrew Forbes, a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across multiple business disciplines including health and safety, worker’s compensation and business performance.
Andrew saw firsthand how larger corporations had access to comprehensive safety support, while smaller businesses often struggled to navigate complex regulations on their own. That's why he launched FOJO Consulting—to bridge that gap and provide affordable, hands-on safety solutions that help businesses stay compliant, reduce risks, and thrive.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Andrew understands the challenges local business owners face. As a husband and father of three young boys, he's passionate about creating safer workplaces so that every worker can go home to their family at the end of the day.
